Copyright Complaint Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective 11 September 2026
11.1 Filing a complaint
A copyright owner or authorized representative may report material believed to infringe copyright. A complete complaint should identify the protected work, identify and locate the reported material, provide contact information, explain the basis of the claim, and include a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
11.2 Review and interim measures
Bible Grow reviews complaints individually and may request clarification. Access to reported material may be restricted while a review is underway where appropriate.
11.3 Notice and response
Where appropriate, the affected user is notified and given an opportunity to respond unless immediate action is required by law or to prevent continuing harm.
11.4 Outcomes
Bible Grow may remove, restrict, restore, or leave content available based on the evidence and applicable law. Repeated or deliberate infringement can result in account restrictions or termination.
11.5 Counter-notification
A user who believes content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification identifying the content and explaining the lawful basis for restoration.
11.6 Abuse of process
False, misleading, retaliatory, or fraudulent complaints are prohibited and may result in enforcement action.
