Account and Data Deletion Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective 11 September 2026

13.1 User control

Users may initiate permanent account deletion through the account settings in Bible Grow. The process ends access to the account and is not satisfied by temporary deactivation.

13.2 Associated data

Bible Grow deletes or irreversibly anonymizes personal information associated with the account, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and protection of rights.

13.3 User-Generated Content

Private and account-specific content is removed where applicable. Content that forms part of an ongoing community discussion may remain in anonymized form where deletion would materially disrupt other users’ contributions or where lawful retention is required.

13.4 External deletion path

A person who cannot access the application may request account and associated-data deletion through the official contact channel in the Contact Us policy. Bible Grow does not currently provide a separate web deletion form.

13.5 Third parties and Sign in with Apple

Where service providers process data for Bible Grow, deletion instructions are propagated as appropriate. When an account using Sign in with Apple is deleted, Bible Grow revokes the relevant authorization tokens in accordance with Apple’s requirements.

13.6 Verification and timing

Bible Grow verifies deletion requests where necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion and completes valid requests within a reasonably prompt period, subject to applicable law and clearly disclosed retention obligations.
