Report Content Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective 11 September 2026
12.1 Reporting
Users may report content or behaviour that appears to violate law, these policies, or community safety standards. Copyright complaints follow Chapter 11.
12.2 Review
Reports are assessed individually. Moderators may review relevant content, context, account history, and supporting information. Safety, child-protection, credible-threat, and serious unlawful-content reports receive priority.
12.3 Human decisions
Technology may identify or prioritize content, but human moderators make final enforcement decisions affecting users.
12.4 Outcomes and appeals
A report may result in no action, guidance, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Eligible users may appeal a moderation decision. Bible Grow may preserve records needed for investigation, legal compliance, and safety.
12.5 Confidentiality and misuse
Reports are handled with appropriate confidentiality. Deliberately false reports, coordinated harassment, or abuse of reporting tools may result in restrictions.
